Immunizations are provided on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. For any questions regarding vaccinations, please call 620-231-5411. Tuberculosis TB Skin Tests (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; Patients must return 48-72 hours after being administered.) 8:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Confidentiality
