County Commission Department Function: The Board of County Commission is the chief governing and policy making body for Crawford County. It consists of three members who are responsible for establishing the county’s strategic goals, operating budget, and capital improvement plans. These commissioners also approve the appointments of citizen volunteers to committees, agency governing bodies, and advisory panels.
