The State of Kansas is in the process of finalizing the Crawford County SPARK Plan. In order to continue the process and distribute the funds as quickly as possible, Crawford County will be sending Memorandum of Agreement to approved applicants during the week of September 21. The information will be emailed to the person listed as the Authorized Signature on the initial application. The agreements will not be considered final until the State of Kansas Office of Recovery has submitted final approval. The email will come from [email protected]. This Memorandum will outline the amount awarded to applicants, the reporting requirements, and verification of the negative impact due to COVID-19. Applicants are asked to read the Memorandum carefully and sign. A final copy of the Memorandum will be emailed following completion of all signatures. Following the receipt of the needed documents, the County will begin the process of issuing payments.
