Supplemental Insurance

This document contains information relating to supplemental retirement & insurance options available to employees of Crawford County.

 

Crawford County employees also have the opportunity to purchase supplemental insurance policies through a number of providers. AFLAC and Loyal American provide these policies on a pre-tax basis, meaning premiums are deducted before taxes are charged to the employee.

 

Types of policies that are available for employees to purchase are:

  • Accident/Disability
  • Cancer/Specified-Disease
  • Dental
  • Hospital Confinement Indemnity
  • Hospital Confinement Sickness Indemnity
  • Hospital Intensive Care
  • Life
  • Long-Term Care
  • Short-Term Care
  • Specified Health Event
